Our customer service associates are experienced, professional and courteous.
They are dedicated to ensuring you have the ultimate positive general aviation
experience. Safety and customer service are their primary concerns.

Call out service: Call during normal business hours to make after hours arrangements, or after normal business hours contact on call personnel at (937) 347-1302.

Hanger Space: Available on a first come, first serve basis for aircraft. Call MacAir Aviation Customer Service in advance for information

Ramp Space: Always available at no charge

Maintenance: Maintenance is available during normal business hours. Maintenance personnel are available after hours by call out.

Flight Planning: Weather computer in crew lounge. Flight Service Station is on the field.

Passenger Lounge: Available in lobby area with a comfortable sitting area, telephones, cable television and a view of the ramp.

Conference/Crew Lounge: Available in the same area.

Complimentary Shuttle car - Macair Aviation provided shuttle vehicles provided for short term use

Rental Cars: Rental cars are available through our customer service desk by local car rental agencies. 24 hours notice is preffered, as well as driver's license number, credit card information, ETA, type of vehicle required, and time passengers will require car.

Coffee and Ice: Always available at no charge.

Catering: Catering is available through our customer service desk. Four hours notice is required for regular items. For special items, 24 hours notice is needed.

Hotel accomodations can be arranged by our customer service representatives. Prior notice is preffered.
100LL and Jet A
We proudly offer "EPIC" brand airceft fuels in both 100 low lead and Jet A for either self-serve or for full service refueling options.
Towing / Hangar service
Our experienced lineman will tow your aircraft in and out of the hangar as necessary before and after flying to keep your aircraft out of the elements while on the ground.
Aircraft Wash/Lube
MacAir Aviation offers a full wash and wax service to keep your aircaft looking clean and shiny. Self service wash facilities are available too.
